AMHA - Acta Medico-Historica Adriatica publishes original scientific articles, notes (reports on shorter research), reviews, conference papers, commentaries, book re-views and essays written in the languages of the Adriatic and Mitteleuropean languages and in English. The topics of the submitted contributions must aim at advancing the knowledge in the field of the history of medicine and other scientific disciplines, as well as of cultural heritage of the Adriatic and Mitteleuropean region in its broadest sense. Title page should contain: the full title of the paper, the full names of the authors with their affiliations; the name and address of the cor-responding author. Sources and literature. The Vancouver style is recommended. However, other styles can be used, provided that the author(s) adhere to the same style throughout the entire manu-script. llustrations, also in color, are welcome. They should be numbered in order in which they are mentioned in the text. Each should have an explanatory caption printed on a separate sheet. All illustrations must be provided in camera-ready form (professionally drawn or photographed) or on floppy disk. Their publi-cation, however, will finally depend on the Editorial design of the current issue. Summary. Independently of the language used, each paper has to be provided with a longer abstract in English (ca 1500 charac-ters), Keywords (5-7) should follow the summary. Submissions must be accompanied by a cov-ering letter from the first author, confirming that all co-authors have consented to publica-tion. The first author’s e-mail address or fax number should be included. All contributions in Croatian and English are subject to editorial revision. The responsibil-ity for contributions in other languages will remain with authors.
